CNN has a new story about the economic slump in Bali after a second round of terror attacks last fall.

This has become the main reason why business owners in Bali are worried.

A few numbers from the story:

    • $4 billion from $5 billion tourism revenue in Indonesia come from Bali
    • Foreign tourist arrivals plunged 60 percent after the latest bombings
    • Number of tourist arriving every day before the bombing 5,000. Today: 2,100 [Thamrin Bachri, Director General of Indonesia’s Tourism Ministry]

Only a handful of European sunbathers dot the sprawling beaches, and restaurants that once required reservations weeks in advance are begging for diners.
