Indonesia offers visa-on-arrival to India and other 12 countries

Visa-on-arrival to India

The length of stay of visa-on-arrival has also been extended from three days to six days, with a maximum permissible length of 30 days.

The Indonesian government has targeted six million foreign tourists this year.

The list of countries that has received Visa-On-Arrival facilities from Indonesia:

  1. China
  2. India
  3. Saudi Arabia
  4. Kuwait
  5. Belgium
  6. Spain
  7. Russia
  8. Egypt
  9. Austria
  10. Ireland
  11. Qatar
  12. Greece
  13. Luxembourg

Indonesian Minister of Tourism and Culture Jero Wacik:

“Thirteen countries including China and India have been agreed on for getting visa-on-arrival facility… By using this visa-on-arrival facility, we hope more tourists from China to come..”

The government was also considering offering the facility to the Netherlands and Sweden
